Ibstock Bowls Club

Ibstock Bowls Club was founded in 1929 for local miners and their families. It continues to play on the green established beside the Miners Welfare building and now welcomes men and women from a wide range of backgrounds. The club has its own clubhouse and bar, hosting social events throughout the year. Its bowls programme includes Hinckley and District, Coalville and District, and over-60s league teams, alongside friendly matches and informal roll-ups. New and experienced players can contact the club about membership and current playing arrangements.
