Ipplepen Bowling Club

Founded in 1981, Ipplepen Bowling Club has four rinks on an outdoor carpeted green that supports bowls throughout the year. Regular roll-ups offer a relaxed introduction to the club, alongside summer league matches, friendlies and internal competitions. Qualified coach Mary Oliphant provides coaching by appointment for existing and prospective members, with coaching bowls in different sizes available for newcomers. The club also holds social activities in its clubhouse. Access is through the playing field beside Ipplepen Village Hall, with the bowling green at the far end; village hall parking is available for some matches by arrangement.
