Loughton Bowls Club

Loughton Bowls Club is based at Eleven Acre Rise near the town centre, with an outdoor green and clubhouse. New players and experienced bowlers are welcome, and coaching helps beginners develop their skills. The club offers a free one-month trial membership so prospective members can get to know its facilities and activities. Its April-to-September bowling programme includes informal roll-ups, friendly games and competitions. Social activities continue throughout the year, including music, quizzes and race nights. The hall is also available for community classes and private events. Contact the club by email or through its website to arrange a visit.
