About the Club

Marldon Maple Leaf Bowling Club was founded in 1987 and opened its own green in 1995. The outdoor green can accommodate up to seven rinks, with a clubhouse, bar, changing rooms and a large adjoining private car park. New bowlers can try the game with free introductory coaching and borrowed equipment; flat-soled shoes are required. The club plays league matches and local friendlies and welcomes touring teams by arrangement. Winter short-mat league games take place in the clubhouse, with additional social short-mat sessions at Marldon Village Hall. Contact the club for current membership and visiting information.
