About the Club

Merrow Village Bowls Club plays on the lawn green behind Merrow Village Hall in Guildford. Its April-to-September season includes local men's, ladies' and mixed leagues, friendly matches and club competitions. New bowlers can try Tuesday and Thursday evening club nights, with the first four sessions and any coaching free. The club welcomes different ages and abilities and offers a range of bowling aids. Free parking is available at the village hall, with spaces beside the bowls clubhouse reserved for disabled visitors. Access to the green uses steps and handrails; there is no accessible toilet, although a toilet reached by one step is available. Membership also involves joining Merrow Village Club, giving access to its bar, snooker, pool, darts and social events. Enter from Epsom Road via Redwood Close.
