Metropolitan Bushey Bowls Club

Metropolitan Bushey Bowls Club welcomes new and experienced players at the Metropolitan sports grounds on Aldenham Road. Founded in 1934 as Metropolitan Police No. 2 District Bowls Club, it moved from Hendon to Bushey and opened here in 1967. Membership is open to everyone, with no police connection required. The club plays on a six-rink natural grass green, with friendly fixtures, district and county competition and social activities. The bowling facilities include a private pavilion, hot drinks, changing rooms, showers and disabled access with a wheelchair buggy available. The wider venue offers parking, Monty's Bar & Kitchen and function rooms. Contact the bowls club directly about joining or visiting.
