Oakham Bowls Club

Oakham Bowling Club plays at The Vale, off Cricket Lawns, and recognises 1910 as its foundation date. Its outdoor green has seven rinks, with casual and competitive bowling and social membership available. Beginners can enquire about a free trial period and taster sessions. The clubhouse has catering facilities and a licensed bar, and a private car park is shared with the neighbouring tennis club. Widened surrounds, wheelchair access onto the green, a low-threshold entrance, an accessible toilet and specialist equipment help support disabled and partially sighted bowlers. Contact the club to discuss current membership and individual access needs.
