About the Club

In September 1973 the Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution opened a new care home at Penylan Avenue, Porthcawl called the Albert Edward Prince of Wales Court.

To the care home was attached a bowling green and clubhouse that was intended for use not only by the residents but also by those wishing to play bowls.
