About the Club

Princess Marie Louise Bowling Club offers outdoor and short mat bowling in Old Moulsham, Chelmsford. Its six-rink grass green is used from mid-April to late September for leagues, friendly games, club competitions and roll-ups. During winter, two short mats in the club hall provide further opportunities for leagues and informal play. Beginners can receive tuition and join weekly roll-ups to meet fellow members. The clubhouse includes a fully equipped kitchen and licensed bar, with social evenings held throughout the year. The club has borne Princess Marie Louise’s name since 1937.
