Rochford Bowling Club

Rochford Bowling Club welcomes players of all ages and experience levels to the Recreation Ground on Stambridge Road. Its six-rink outdoor grass green is used from late April to September for informal roll-ups, friendly matches, leagues and competitions. Newcomers can arrange free coaching and borrow bowls, with flat-soled footwear required. During winter, two short mats in the clubhouse allow members to continue playing, and short mat membership is available. The member-owned clubhouse has a licensed bar, and ample free parking is available on site. The club also hosts floodlit league bowling.
