About the Club

Ryde Marina Bowls Club occupies two outdoor grass greens beside Ryde Marina on the Esplanade. The clubhouse includes changing rooms, a kitchen, bar and social space. Members can enjoy informal roll-ups, spoon drives, internal tournaments, Isle of Wight league matches and friendlies against visiting touring sides. Beginners can learn with a qualified coach, with bowls and bowling shoes loaned for introductory sessions. The club normally welcomes members and non-members during the outdoor season, from spring into September. Full playing, junior and social membership options are available. Contact the club for current opening arrangements, coaching sessions and visitor bookings.
