About the Club

St Margaret's Co-operative Bowling Club is based at the Co-op Sports Ground on Birstall Road. Its history began in 1921 with the works club at N. Corah & Sons; members later moved the green to its present Birstall home. The club welcomes bowlers of any age or standard, with coaching available by arrangement. Members enjoy bowling, social activities and winter entertainment, while the clubhouse can be hired by members or the public for private functions.
