Tarrington Short Mat Bowls Club

Tarrington Short Mat Bowls Club plays indoors at the Lady Emily Community Hall on School Road in Tarrington, Herefordshire. The club uses three mats and is registered with the Herefordshire Short Mat Bowling Association. Members take part in county summer and winter leagues, including Division One during the 2026/27 winter season. The village's own club information welcomes people to try the game and describes Monday evening practice sessions, combining bowls with time to meet other players over refreshments. Contact secretary Tim Horton Smith to confirm current practice dates, find out about joining and arrange a first visit.
