Thornton Le Dale Bowls Club

Thornton Le Dale Bowls Club plays on Priestmans Lane in the village near Pickering. Its green opened in May 1980, following the inaugural club meeting in 1978. Members can choose social roll-ups, short-rink sessions, club competitions or league bowling in the Ryedale and Scarborough area. The club is affiliated to Bowls England and the Yorkshire Bowling Association. Its 2026 membership information welcomes a wide range of players and offers advance bookings for affiliated visitors through the secretary.
