Tickhill Bowling Club

Tickhill Bowling Club plays crown green bowls beside the council pavilion on Tithes Lane in Tickhill, Doncaster. The enclosed grass green lies south of the pavilion and west of the tennis courts. The club combines competitive league bowls with social and practice sessions, and welcomes enquiries from new members. Its May 2026 report to the annual parish meeting describes competitive, recreational and social membership, with teams playing in several local leagues. Social bowls includes Tuesday and Thursday afternoon sessions, Friday evening potluck games and seasonal Sunday competitions. The pavilion provides changing facilities and a self-contained club room with a kitchen and toilets. Contact the club secretary for current membership, visiting arrangements and session details.
