About the Club

Walton-on-Thames Bowling Club was founded in 1922 and plays on an outdoor grass green at Elm Grove Recreation Ground. The club welcomes men and women and offers mixed friendly matches, local league bowling and internal competitions. Qualified coaches provide free introductory tuition, with bowls available for newcomers to borrow. Members also enjoy club nights, social gatherings and special events. The clubhouse beside the green includes changing facilities, a kitchen and a licensed bar. Parking availability varies during weekday business hours, so visitors should check the club's directions and local restrictions before travelling.
