Westerhope Community Association Bowling Club

Westerhope Community Association Bowling Club is based at the Association's recreation grounds on Hillhead Road in Newcastle upon Tyne. The outdoor grass bowling green forms part of a wider leisure site held in trust for community use. A modern pavilion provides a dedicated area for bowlers alongside changing facilities for recreation-ground users. People interested in trying outdoor bowls are invited to contact the Association by telephone or email, or speak to its volunteers. Ask about current bowling sessions, membership and visitor arrangements before travelling. The venue is separate from Westerhope Bowling Club on West Avenue.
