For the first time in Commonwealth Games history, the playing rinks for Bowls and Para Bowls will be named in honour of four World Bowls Hall of Fame legends.
David Bryant CBE (England), Robert Weale (Wales), Ellen Falkner MBE (England) and Siti Zalina Ahmad (Malaysia) will each have a rink named in recognition of their outstanding achievements and lasting contribution to the sport.
As the next generation of athletes takes to the rinks at the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games , they will do so alongside the names of four players whose performances helped shape the history of bowls.
