Karen Murphy to join Bowls NSW as Coach and Education Manager

Karen Murphy AM will join Bowls NSW as Coach and Education Manager in January 2027, the state governing body has announced.

She will work with Head of Coaching and Education Gary Willis, with a priority of coordinating annual Regional Education Workshops across all 16 NSW regions. The workshops will bring practical support to clubs and members, with content tailored to local needs.

Murphy brings experience from the Australian high-performance programme, including national assistant coaching and para and pathways roles.
