Meet our Flag Bearer 🇲🇹 – 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐍𝐈𝐄 𝐑𝐈𝐗𝐎𝐍
Connie Rixon is a Commonwealth Games medallist and internationally accomplished lawn bowler who has proudly represented Malta at the highest levels of the sport.
A two-time Commonwealth Games athlete, Connie won bronze in the Women’s Fours at Gold Coast 2018 before returning to represent Malta at Birmingham 2022.
Her international success continued with silver in the Women’s Pairs at the 2023 World Championships and silver in the Women’s Singles at the 2024 World Indoor Championships.
In 2024/25 she reached a career-high World Bowls ranking of No. 27. A proud Maltese-Australian with deep family ties to Malta, Connie carries her heritage into every international appearance.
Connie continues a career defined by international success and immense pride in representing Malta.
