Sutherland Bowling Club history celebrated in Bowls Australia feature

Bowls Australia has revisited Sutherland Bowling Club’s 75-year history in a new Club in Focus feature, following the anniversary celebrated in 2025.

Founded in 1950, the south Sydney club began with a former orchard shed on Oak Road and grew alongside the local community.

The feature recognises generations of volunteers and members, and describes the anniversary gathering and a silent film assembled from the club’s historic photographs.
