Last week’s scenario was: In a singles game, player ‘A’ asks the marker who is shot…whilst walking backwards to the rear of the head, the marker accidentally kicks the possible bowl for measuring into the rear ditch…the Marker indicates where the displaced bowl was formally positioned which player ‘A’ is happy with. Player ‘B’ calls the umpire for a decision.
The correct solution to this is: The bowl was displaced by the Marker who was a neutral person.
If a bowl at rest is displaced by a neutral person or neutral object and it has disturbed the head after it is displaced, the skips or opponents in Singles must agree on the former position of the bowl and how to replace any part of the head disturbed after the displacement. If they cannot agree, the end should be declared dead. Law 37.3.4.2

Le scénario de la semaine dernière était le suivant : Lors d’un match de simple, le joueur A demande qui a le point à l’arbitre…le marqueur heurte accidentellement du pied la boule qui devait potentiellement être mesurée, et celle-ci roule dans le fossé arrière…l’arbitre indique la position originale de la boule déplacée. Le joueur A est satisfait, mais le joueur B appelle l’arbitre pour qu’il tranche.
La bonne réponse à cette question est : La boule a été déplacée par le marqueur, qui est une personne neutre.
Si une boule immobilisée est déplacée par une personne neutre ou un objet neutre et qu’elle perturbe la composition de la « tête » après avoir été déplacée, les capitaines ou, dans le cas d’un match de simple, les adversaires doivent s’entendre sur la position originale de la boule et sur la manière de repositionner toute partie de la « tête » qui a été perturbée après le déplacement. S’ils ne sont pas en mesure de s’entendre, ils doivent déclarer le bout nul. Loi 37.3.4.2
